Kay's perfectly fine to let the NYPD handle the murder, but when the whole plot seems to center on Bruno, her protective instincts come into play. You can kill any people you want, but you'd better leave Kay's clients alone.

This was a really fun start to a new series. It has a unique sense of humor and over the top characters, which may not appeal to everyone, but I loved them. The mystery was well written, and it had a nicely paced plot.

My Manicure: I'm kind of in love with this manicure. I started with a base of Sinful Colors Black on Black. Then I stamped the dogs with Shany SH08 and Bundle Monster Monarch Dream, Tranceland, Mercury Bassline, and Rave Babe.
